3. Over lock fee of $10 if rent is not paid by the 10th of the month.
4. Renter insurance is available from SAFESTOR

c. $10,000 - $16.00 per month
d. $15,000 - $24.00 per month
5. Hours of gate access 6:00 Am to 9:00 Pm.
Passcode gate access hours:
6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
